My passion is to improve the lives of my clients, offer them new insights, enable them to see things from different perspectives, empower them to make new choices in their lives, and create a life they feel is worth living.
I utilize only evidence-based strategies and shape them to meet the needs of each client. I work with them toward a balance between acceptance and change – the way I approach my personal life.
I use a wide range of tools and skills including DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Behavior Activation, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. These techniques allow clients to leave with specific tools and ideas they can implement in their own lives.
